Set in the centre of the peaceful conservation village of Allanton, Berwickshire, The Allanton Inn is a charming and welcoming coaching inn dating from the eighteenth century.
The Inn offers you informal dining in a rural chic environment provided by wooden floorboards, wooden tables and chairs, blackboards, brightly coloured and contemporary soft furnishings and artwork, subtle lighting and an open log fire. There is an enclosed private beer garden with open views over the border patchwork countryside. The six bedrooms provide comfort and relaxation with modern facilities.
The Allanton Inn is a perfect bolt hole and provides an excellent base for exploring the many fascinating places of interest throughout the Scottish Borders and Northumberland or taking the opportunity to indulge in the wealth of rural activities the area has offer. A destination all year round!
